Our data protection coordinator is the person inside Mision Del Sol, who has been formally designated by our general director to promote and watch over the protection of the personal data we have in our possession, as well as to attend to the rights of the owners. In situations where it is necessary to transfer your personal information in order to provide you with the products or services you desire (e.g., a vacation package).

However, it is important to note that not in all cases your request will be admissible or we can conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal obligation we may want to continue processing your personal data. To revoke your consent you must submit your request via email to our data protection coordinator, who will inform you about the procedure and requirements for the exercise of this right, and will address any questions or comments you may have in this regard. Likewise, you may exercise your right of revocation by requesting and filling out the corresponding form at the reception desk of Misión del Sol, which is called “Request for ARCO Rights”. Subsequently, our data protection coordinator will follow up on your request in compliance with the applicable regulations.

In addition to the procedure contemplated in the immediately preceding section, you can limit the use or disclosure of your personal information in the following ways:

Send an e-mail to our data protection coordinator requesting your registration in the “Advertising Exclusion List of Mision del Sol”, in order not to receive promotional information about our products and services.
